Perfect if you're short on time but still want a comprehensive session in just 45 minutes. “I was really nervous to join a gym for the first time after only ever working out at home, but everybody at CrossFit Elevate is so welcoming and friendly that I can’t imagine not going here now! The coaches are all incredible and make the classes really fun. There are always options for scaling the workout so it’s great for beginners if you’re new to CrossFit. I highly recommend trying a class here, especially the Saturday morning partner workouts!”

“We just hosted our son's birthday party there for the second year in a row. Both times the boys have had a total blast. We love that we get the whole facility to ourselves and they have a space for use to set up snacks and cake to help celebrate. The instructors get the kids working hard to achieve a goal together then play some games. I highly recommend this as a choice for active kiddos birthday parties!”

“I went for a quick drop in on an early Sunday morning to take advantage of the free complimentary workout. Since it’s not staffed on weekends, I texted the number on the door and I was let in remotely.

The variety of equipment was massive, it was pretty quiet with maybe a max of 5 other people at a time while I was in, each person who was there was friendly, no lack of availability on any given machine and I had a great workout!

Shortly after, the owner followed up to check in on my experience and I am seriously considering switching gyms due to the excellent customer care I received. Thanks Alex!”

“Fierce Fitness is the best gym I've ever been a member of. There are different membership options depending on how many times per week you would like to train so you can pick what suits you. It's a boot camp style gym so when you're there, everyone does the workout together which is extremely motivating especially on them days when you're not feeling 100%. The trainers are personable and informative and design a great variety of workouts everyday that keeps you guessing but never gets boring. They are always ready to help out with any modification exercises too if you're suffering from an injury. The hardest part is showing up - everything else just happens once you get there. I'm moving back home so unfortunately my membership has come to an end but I wish I could take Fierce fitness with me! Thank you guys!”

“Becca is an amazing personal trainer!!! I’ve been working with Becca 1:1 for over a year and she’s helped me make an incredible transformation.

When we started, I was recovering from injury and very sedentary. I could barely walk and so scared of falling. She helped me focus on basic movements that increased my confidence in getting up off of the couch, climbing the stairs, and getting in and out of the bath.

She kept challenging me, but always at a slow and gentle pace, which is what I needed with multiple chronic illnesses.

A year later and I barely recognize myself. I rarely use my cane, can deadlift 115lbs and we did a few jogging laps in our last session. I’ve also lost 35 lbs!

The staff are always friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and the facility is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. Their personal trainers are top-notch, offering tailored programs, and the fitness classes are both fun and effective. The squash courts, dojo for martial arts, and the Juice & Java bar, which serves delicious smoothies for the perfect supply of post-workout protein, are excellent amenities. Plus, the comfy couches and coffee tables create a relaxing spot to unwind after a workout. It’s more than just a gym—it’s a wonderful community space. Highly recommend!”

“I started here about 6 months ago. I returned after a 7 year hiatus from another gym. I still get intimidated from time to time because there are some great athletes here, but everyone is so friendly and it's great motivation for me to get better!The coaches here are very good. They work with me step by step to make sure I am getting my movements right. They really understand parts of the body and know how to guide and instruct for every movement.I am far from perfect, but I have seen significant improvement since starting here.Teresa really loves to challenge me when she knows I am not challenging myself enough, but also knows my limits so I don't get injured. This makes her one of my fave coach's not just from xfit Pryo, but one of the best I've had from any gym.This is the also the only xfit gym with an 8pm class which is super accommodating for my mom lifestyle. I no longer had an excuse for not going so I hope to see some new mom's here soon!”

She is so knowledgeable and is constantly taking courses to learn new methods and techniques. She will give you a killer workout- with a huge smile the entire time!
