I visited Icebreaker today to exchange an item because the size was not quite right. Unfortunately, the experience was not very satisfactory. The staff I interacted with did not seem in a good mood and the responses I received felt a little dismissive. I had hoped for a smoother and more welcoming interaction, especially given Icebreaker’s reputation for quality and service.

I have spent thousands over the last few years, will not spend another penny in this store. Customer service from the online sales is horrible, they no longer care about the customer and only their profit. They make it impossible and time consuming just to fill in a warranty claim for multiple items, to disuade you from filing a warranty claim. Their clothes fall apart in less than a year with basic use. Shame on you icebreaker for now only caring about making money and not the customer, sad that you went this way. I am a business owner and would never treat my customers this way, you are doomed to fail based on this. You have lost myelf and anyone that asks about my experience with you, as a customer.

Girls, don't go shop at this store.I was shopping at Chinook during the weekend. I decided to go to get some clothes that I want to buy, after checking their website they, have what I am looking for I just needed to try, some of the clothes on to see how they look on me I walked into the store I saw only man working there he said his name is Jason he offer to help I said okay, I asked him for what I was looking for what I want to try on after bit I started to feel uncomfortable from the way, he was looking at me and follows me with his eyes during the time when I was browsing the clothes.I was trying to find my size but i couldn't so I decided to go and ask him to help during the time he was helping me he started to ask a personal questions and started to flirting and talking how I beautiful I am. He asked for my phone number and if I want to go out with him tonight. I started to feel scared and left quickly, I was trying to call to talk to the manager to let them know no one answered.

Worst customer service. Bought several
Items right before Christmas that went on sale for 25% off a few days later. Would not do a price adjustment for the sale price.

used to be absolutely awesome. I used to shop there all the time every time I go home on days off, I would go into the store in Edmonton and buy something for sure!! The staff was amazing They even knew my name. I would highly recommend this brand to everybody. Tell them about the lifetime warranty on the socks and what a joy it was to put on warm hugs on your feet.. as I see in the previous reviews before you can see that everybody’s complaining about the lifetime sock warranty replacement. I must say I understand that this marketing technique is called the lost leader and it absolutely worked on me now there’s no longer store in Edmonton that I can return the socks to and they have changed their policy. I can no longer support this and will only buy stuff on sale off of their website actually since they close store in Edmonton, I have not bought a single icebreaker item. It’s a real shame, but I guess they say only crappy things do

Staff was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The store is a bit limited on their stock but the staff will try to find if they can get your item online. Would recommend to try the items on because some of their prices don’t feel so great directly against the skin. But the sweaters are no problem. Pricey items, you’re looking at $250 upwards for a sweater, but it doesn’t smell, it’s good quality and it really keeps you cosy during the bitter Alberta winters. I have a few pieces and they never let me down when I go up high altitude.

They used to be awesome. Their athletic socks would wear away quickly, but they had limited replacements so it wasn't an issue. They took that away some time ago, and now they don't keep those socks in stock, so you can't even do the single replacement they have. Don't buy here. It's not worth the high cost anymore.

Loved the brand before they changed their no questions asked lifetime guarantee to a 1 year proof of purchase required. It is a shame that a brand I've spoken highly of does such a dramatic thing without letting customers know.

The item I wanted was sold out online so Jocelyn helped me order it easily from the store. I thought it might be a hassle but it was super fast and easy.
