I invested $2000 in an Aeron chair, expecting a reliable product, but my experience has been deeply unsatisfactory. Within six months, the chair broke, and my attempts to have it repaired have been met with frustration.Despite contacting the company multiple times, they merely referred me to another service provider who has been unresponsive to my emails and calls. This lack of follow-up and accountability has left me feeling neglected as a customer.I believe a reputable company should prioritize customer satisfaction and provide exceptional support. Unfortunately, my experience with the Aeron chair has shown a disappointing lack of commitment to resolving issues.I urge prospective buyers to approach this brand with caution, as the Aeron chair's reputation for ergonomic design is overshadowed by its poor durability and inadequate customer service.In light of this experience, I am actively seeking an alternative provider that demonstrates a higher level of customer care. I hope that by sharing my story, I can encourage companies to prioritize their customers and strive for improved service.

The best experience I have had shopping for furniture (bought an office chair and a desk). Remarkable customer service from the staff in the store to the person who did the delivery - attentive, friendly, and conscientious. I intend to shop here again.

I bought a HermanMiller Embody at Kit several months ago. Great experience, had two floor assistants and manager help me try the various chairs out and select the fabric by showing a range of samples. They also followed up with HM on several questions I had on the chair before I purchased.As a side note, the HM Embody is, in my opinion, the greatest chair ever made. God bless whoever designed and built it. My back pain is gone, no longer restless at my desk, have sat in it for 12hrs a day at times and not even been mildly uncomfortable or tired. Simply a wonderful product.

Purchased a Herman Miller Aeron online. I just expected it to eventually show up. They followed up to let me know they were having a sale the next day and that they were going to apply the sale price to my purchase. They then followed up with me to make sure delivery went well and I was happy with my purchase. Top notch customer service.

Terrible attitude, we went in the store and the person there did not even ask us what we are looking for. I wanted to buy an expensive chair to support a local business but I guess this kind of attitude does not let you go anywhere.

Kit's showroom is beautifully curated with classic modern furniture, accessories and housewares. I have been shopping at Kit for both myself and my clients for over ten years! While it's their furniture and decor that always draws me in, it is their amazing customer service that continually brings me back!
