The best experience I have had shopping for furniture (bought an office chair and a desk). Remarkable customer service from the staff in the store to the person who did the delivery - attentive, friendly, and conscientious. I intend to shop here again.

Purchased a Herman Miller Aeron online. I just expected it to eventually show up. They followed up to let me know they were having a sale the next day and that they were going to apply the sale price to my purchase.
