We recently had our side mirror replaced. The staff in Service and Parts were amazing. They found a matching mirror, which we thought was impossible, but they did it. The professional manor in which we were treated was outstanding. Everything went so smoothly. We highly recommend Lexus of Royal to everyone.

Had my vehicle serviced here recently and the process was so smooth and wonderful. The hospitality while waiting for my vehicle was fantastic: hot coffee and pastry -- and the spa! Nozomi was so kind and appreciated her relaxing service so much. Thank-You so much.
