“Amazing service by Vanessa and her sister. Greeted as soon as I walked in, asked about what I needed and I told them about specific ideas about the mattress we are looking for and directed me to a heavily discounted $2000 worth mattress. I hesitated on the 1st one offered and eventually lost that to another customer but when I came in again, they offered an even better bed than the one I originally wanted and lost out on. They made sure to give me time to browse, try the actual beds, no pressure sales tactic and was transparent about the purchase and any conditions. Highly recommended!”

“At the 2026 Calgary Fall Home Show, we had a great experience with the folks at Canadian. Mattress booth. Shaun and Laura helped us understand mattress composition and quality and the impact on our sleep. In the end we purchased a king-sized Aireloom and two Riseloop pillows. The sales approach was no pressure and really empathetic. Can't wait to start getting a better night's sleep!”

The Assistant Store Manager, Gus, showed me various mattresses, along with headboards that would be suitable. He took the time to explain to me the different options and was not pushy. This is my 2nd time purchasing from this location and would recommend visiting if you are shopping for a new bed.”

“We had a mattress custom made for our travel trailer. What really stood out was how accommodating the team were to getting our custom purchase ready on extremely short notice. We went in late Friday afternoon and it was ready that next Tuesday. We set out on our trip that Thursday. That is customer service! Oh yeah, the mattress was more comfortable than our home mattress, so will be back to get one for the house.”

“I recently purchased the Berkeley Ergonomics DUBLIN TwinXL Hybrid Mattress and two FORMESSE Bella Donna Fitted Sheets from The Mattress & Sleep Company in Calgary. I had some years earlier also purchased the matching Berkeley Ergonomics Suspension Foundation for my TwinXL platform bed. All products are superb and the mattress is the very last that I ever need to buy. Its European built and design is modular and it has a zipper which lets me add, remove or replace layers inside the mattress as needed. I have been sleeping on it now for the first week and it is simply delightful. The service provided by Ebonnie at the Calgary store was exemplary. Ebonnie upgraded my mattress with an additional high quality wool blanket without a surcharge! The online prices were exactly as charged and included delivery to Lethbridge. The entire buying experience was totally relaxed, consultative and non-pressure and was conducted by telephone and email. Ebonnie kept me updated on the delivery schedule since the mattress had to be ordered from their supplier in California. It took about 5 to 6 weeks to get it. Since I personally have been to the Calgary store on two occasions some years ago, I can heartily recommend that store and all its staff as very competent and professional! Thank you Ebonnie and all your colleagues for a wonderful buying experience! Werner R., Lethbridge, Alberta”

It’s easy to choose the firmness of your mattress and each side of the bed is customizable for each of us. So happy with the finished product. Never enjoyed a mattress so much.”

“From start to finish, the BRICK did a great job. The sales rep was super knowledgable and helpful. I was in and out of the store within an hour with fantastic discounts on a bedroom set, delivery & take away in hand. The delivery fellows did a great job. Clean, fast, respectful, careful. I gave them 5 stars even though they went past the delivery window by a couple of hours. The tracking app was very helpful so I wasn't worried. I knew they were busy helping other customers and that they were on their way. They took away the old mattress and set up new one. Unpacked the dresser and took packaging away. Very helpful and professional. We are very happy with all aspects of service from the BRICK. Thank you!”

“This was my first time purchasing a mattress from Sleep Country, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and taken care of by Scott K. He asked all the right questions about what I was looking for and immediately had a great understanding of which mattresses I should try. He walked me through the different options, explained the materials and construction of each mattress, and answered approximately 847 questions from me without ever making me feel rushed. What really stood out was how professional and genuinely helpful Scott was without being pushy. He let me bounce back and forth between mattresses, take my time, and make my own decision. He had a great sense of humour, which made what could have been a very boring adult purchase surprisingly enjoyable. He also took the time to fully explain the warranty, the 100-night comfort trial, delivery options, and mattress removal. Everything was clear and straightforward. Honestly, it was incredibly refreshing to make such a large purchase and not feel like I was just a dollar sign walking through the door. Scott was knowledgeable, relaxed, professional, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about finding the right mattress for me. And the best part? I brought my new mattress home, laid down for a “quick test”… and accidentally took a THREE-HOUR NAP. So I think it’s safe to say I’m VERY pleased with my purchase! Thank you, Scott, for such a fantastic experience and for helping me find an even better mattress than some of the leading competitors. I would absolutely recommend Scott and this Sleep Country location to anyone looking for a new mattress. 5/5 experience. 5/5 salesperson. 5/5 nap. - Shelby”

“Edward Davis was a pleasure to work with! He was honest, knowledgeable, and refreshingly no nonsense. I was looking for an unusual mattress size that had proved difficult to source in Calgary. Edward helped me find exactly what I needed and gave me an excellent price on top of that. He was thorough in explaining the ordering process and timelines. True to his word, the mattress was delivered exactly one week later without a single issue. What stood out the most was Edward's kindness. After leaving the store, I realized I may have lost an earring and called back in a bit of a panic. Although I eventually found it by retracing my walk home, Edward took the time to help look for it within the store after my call. That act of kindness says a lot about his character! Good service is one thing, but good humans are even rarer! Edward is one of them and I would happily recommend him to anyone. Thank you Edward!”
