“Extremely positive in-store experience with the staff whilst also a great experience with the available product offerings at this location.
For the product, the 'customization' feature was especially attractive for me and was successful to make a sale.
For the staff, they were 'super' familiar with how to navigate the rather complex issue of the customizations, and, as it turns out, they also had very pleasant demeanors by which to engage the customer base. Due to the complexity of the customization feature, there was a prolonged back-and-forth with the staff to finally arrive at the best option for me, and they were very patient with the long discussion.
Therefore, great staff + great product = score of 10.”

“Went yesterday to pick up some work boots and the customer service was probably the best ive had in a very long time. Austin had come up to ask if we were doing alright and when I had a question he double checked with the manager just to ensure what he said was valid (It was about the return policy and the manufacturer warranty). When checking out we had an amazing conversation with the clerk. I will and would recommend this location to anyone and will be recommending this location to my co workers. “Came in with zero experience in boots, but interested in a pair. Was lucky enough that Kairi was working and helped me out. Unbelievable how knowledgable she is. Took a look at me, asked me my size, and the first pair of boots she picked was absolutely perfect in both size and looks. Tried a few other ones and none of them were as good as her first pick, so that's the pair I ended up buying. She's full of good advice and truly knows her stuff when it comes to any aspect of boots. Can't recommend this store enough due to her working there.”

“I have to say that I always enjoy going to HR for my Boxing Day shopping. This Boxing Day shopping was very disappointing for me as the deals did not exist. The increase from $500 to a $1000 to get 10% off was a bust. The number of items excluded was basically the entire store minus a few select items. I did find a few items I did like with the help of Jose and Fabian. I am hopeful that next year they will have a better selection of sales items.”
“I took my 16yo son to the Volcom Market Mall location today and we had EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Mitch. Being in retail myself, I 100% appreciate someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and truly enjoys what they do. Mitch is in his element and was incredible at helping us pull a new wardrobe full of clothes. At one point my son said that Volcom needs to pay him more because he literally loved every piece Mitch brought him. Towards the end of our shop, Mitch was multi-tasking helping another customer and answering the phone. He made it look effortless and still managed to continue to help us. Thank you so much Mitch!!!”
