It also allows customers to party plan with ease, providing balloon inflation, party decorations, gift packaging, favors, tableware, and seasonal occasion decor. Reviews of the Calgary and Airdrie branches highlight friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful staff who efficiently direct customers and eliminate the problem of searching aisle after aisle. The store is noted as well-organized and tidy. Customers find the prices reasonable and much cheaper than tiny boutique art suppliers, offering inexpensive versions of most products. I have been going to Michael's for years. Last year we had a wedding and reception in our yard and I got all my flowers and greenery there. Just recently I have placed an order for a print that I purchased in Greece. Very helpful and friendly staff in all of the stores I have been in.

The staff is really helpful here! Sifora was lovely and helped me and my dad create a balloon bouquet for my sisters baby. She was patient and took her time to create the perfect set. Michaels is lucky to have her! ❤

Love the products but cut backs on staffing mean its almost impossible to find help without searching for it.
