“Ordered and paid online. Thick blood, nose and skin wax, Universal makeup remover, stage blood, lipstick and a spray bottle. Everything was there no damages. The two lovely stuff women that were there. They were polite patient. They weren't pushy they didn't bug me at all they didn't try to force any sale items on me like a different place did. They had everything I needed for my cosplay for Comic Con Expo.”

“Incredibly knowledgeable staff and a stock so varied that it might be difficult to come up with an item they don’t stock!
I went to Model Land to buy a Beaufort bomber kit used for/by Coastal Command RAF/Navy in WWII.
When I mentioned the aircraft, one of the staff members asked if I did not mean the Avro Anson. He was absolutely right.
Turned out that the Anson was probably the 1940 training aircraft, (shown in our photo), of the squadron members after completing training. The Beaufort was probably the next aircraft brought in for the job.
The model will go to our grandson along with the photograph. The knowledge of the staff in Model Land has enabled us to find the right model. They have the Beaufort in their stock. It was the experience and expertise of the young staff member that helped me buy the right aircraft model. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you.”

“Now that Im finally playing in D&D campaign and am at the store every couple weeks, its become a great place. People both working there and not are friendly and the majority are respectful of the game spaces so you can really go nuts as long as everything is back the way you found it. Super fun. I hope one day the expand even more cause why not?”
