The girl that I dealt with was very nice. She was able to work on the phone right away. She fixed chatting port that hadn't worked in a couple years.I recommend this place and will go back if I have problems with another phone.

Super happy they fixed the issue with in 30 minutes after phone had came to full black out screen and was no longer charging.
