Worst possible service. My smartphone which was still under 1 year warrenty needed charging port replacement. They asked me to submit my phone for couple of hours as they need to open the phone for that. Once I got my phone back after service, it started giving antena issue( I was not getting any calls on my phone), which was never an issue with my phone. I went back to them and they said they need to order the antena for it now. It took them 10 days to get the antena and they never called me from their side to inform me that the part has arrived and I can bring my phone to get it fixed. I went there again and then they replaced the antena. The staff told me that 'Its normal when we open the phone for some issue, some other issue can arise or something can break while fixing one part'. I was like 'What's that excuse and what kind of expertise is that in the work you do everyday' Or Is it the way to make more money from company for products under warrenty, that you deliberately create new issues while fixing one ?
Can never forget the hastle and inconvinience I received from their side.

I had a great experience at this mobile repair shop. Kajal helped me out, and she was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She explained the issue clearly and gave me the best solution without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The service was quick, reasonably priced, and my phone works perfectly now. Highly recommend asking for Kajal if you need any mobile repairs!

Friendly enough staff. I purchased a screen protector for my FE and case. The glass was incorrect size and didn't work then simply fell off days later and the Hoco speaker I purchased won't hold a charge even while plugged in....nice lady with oriental voice tho that continues to inform of low battery please charge before it fails completely. Get maybe 15mins out of it. Case for the phone seems to work.

Will look up purchases from other Mobile Klinik locations, but won't honour warranty or share if the original location has replacement phones in stock. Staff was incredibly rude.
It's a Telus store in sheep's clothing.
Edit: My spouse went in and tried to swap the phone since they were the location with one in stock. As soon as he typed the phone number in the guy brought up my review above and complained about getting a call from corporate over it (with no denials or apologies) and told my spouse I must have been having a bad day(no, the woman was just incredibly rude, kept cutting me off an answering questions I wasn't asking, and ultimately gave incorrect information). Guy begrudgingly told my spouse he'd help is they came back tomorrow after saying a bunch of dismissive stuff that didn't make much sense to my spouse and shaking his phone around and saying his brand new 3k phone rattles if he shakes it...cool but we're not having that issue.

Kajal I'm really happy with your service,I had a bad experience at market mall as this person was supposed to help me with my s22 plus screen protector and case but they never seemed to ordered it ... kajal looked on all the details and explained my previous warranties and made me buy pre-owned phone with free screen protector and case with 2 year of warranty, now I can break my screen worry free... all thanks to her..

Went in today to get my Pixel 7 fixed for a swollen battery, the staff were really kind and accommodating and got it done within ~1 hour for a good price + gave me a discount! Great, professional place, I definitely recommend it.
