Dropped off some clothing that my wife asked me to bring in. Two large bags of very cool fashionable clothing that were all high quality and in excellent condition. My wife has excellent fashion sense and really takes care of her clothes, many of the items looked new. Everyone was pleasant enough but the experience was not great. In the end they paid $25.00 for a few items and didn’t take the rest, we were shocked. I don’t know what their selection process is etc….. Also, considering some of the raggedy clothes they have on their racks we thought they would be jumping at the chance to put some very nice stuff into their inventory. Our advice…. Donate and in doing so it helps less fortunate without being offered cents on the dollar, or sell online.

5 staff at the front. 1 person on the till. 3 of the girls were just standing there talking to each other, looked at me 2 or 3 times before actually acknowledging that someone was there to sell. Jayden (I think that was her name) was the only one to break away from the conversation when she noticed the line forming in front of them to sell. I’ve been coming to Plato’s for years to both buy and sell, the NW used to be one of the better ones. But the way staff just don’t acknowledge anyone and stand around talking makes it seem like customers are more of an inconvenience to their personal conversations than people they want to sell to/buy from. I’m happy to see people getting along in a workplace… but there has to be a balance so people can still get in/get out in a reasonable amount of time without feeling like they’re interrupting by shopping here.
Overall I have better luck selling here than the other Plato’s locations, same with buying. They have a better selection than most other Plato’s in the city and things are pretty organized considering how busy it can get at times. That being said, one of my bags wasn’t even sorted through and had things folded the exact same way when handed back. I’ll still be back, but really hope next time will be better!

They were super busy but friendly and professional. I was there to sell and they were accurate on the wait time, actually they finished a bit early. They offered a fair price for the items they accepted.

Please do NOT shop here. The management is unprofessional and does not care about their employees. They are negligent of their customer and staff needs, which leads to a poor work environment. This makes for an un welcoming business that I do not wish upon anyone. Please have higher ups that actually care about people’s well being and know how to treat others.

Disappointed in this store’s management. They treat their employees poorly, creating a negative atmosphere for both staff and customers. It’s clear they don’t value their team, and it really shows.

This place seriously sucks. Don’t shop or sell here. The owner or manager must not have a care in the world about how their business is run. If I could talk to the person who’s in charge of overseeing/hiring in this location, I would tell them to maybe try to find someone new to run this place cause the current one ain’t doin it.

Not very friendly at all , very rude when giving my clothes back and forgot to give me a whole bag of my clothes back. Also didn’t take multiple of my clothes that were brand new with tags which was weird….

Store has good items, my main issue is the staff. I've been going for 3 years now and it is always the same problem, and especially more past 5 times I went in a row, all within the last 1.5 months:
You have 7 to 8 employees working. Only one is on a till, the rest are just standing...either folding clothes, talking to each other really loud about what they bought or their vacay (yes, you're so loud we can actually hear what you're talking about), or organizing store, or in some cases, literally just standing there...
Everyone can see there are 5 to 7 people waiting in line, only one person at the till.
This is retail, you make money by selling, not by folding!! take care of your customers, respect their time, if you have 3 or 4 tills and 7 to 8 employees who I now know ALL can use the cashier, just stand on a till and get the line moving!!! no need to make us wait 5 to 10 minutes when we can be out in less than 30 seconds...some of us might be there during our break, or on our way to pick up our kids...respect our time!
I'd like to go back...but it has become so miserable I'd rather go somewhere else

Do not sell here. There’s one girl in particular whose name I did not see because she had her name tag backwards who is getting paid to relax. Not only does she never buy anything but she doesn’t even look. I’ve physically seen her look at the first 3 things and then put the bag on the finished rack. I’ve gotten things back folded the exact way I’ve taken them in. When other girls do the buy it’s great and they actually look and pay out decent it’s just the one girl in particular who is lazy. I would recommend the south Plato’s.

An absolute scam to sell clothes with them, don’t waste your time or your money. Brought in 3 brand new lululemon tops ($68 each) and they could only offer me $20 for all 3. A joke.

They will not accept gift cards. This has been an ongoing issues for MONTHS now. Extremely unprofessional for a company to still be selling gift cards but NOT ACCEPTING THEM.

Don't waste your time!! They certainly don't value yours... "Not taking pants and long-sleeves" is information that should have been offered upfront not after the hours of committed time. What an inconsiderate and selfish operation... You certainly can do better! A scribbled sign would suffice.
