Plato's Closet - Calgary Northwest is an excellent store with so much to choose from, offering plenty of options and good prices. The store is clean and well-organized. The staff are nice, helpful, and provide good customer service and information about promotions. They often have seasonal 50% off sales. Some find the employees unprofessional, but many appreciate their patience and helpful explanations. Shoppers can find some good clothing, including brand-new items, though some have experienced issues with discounts. It is a popular spot for second-hand shopping.
Great place. Got some good quality stuff for a good price.

They have been undercharging for items for the last few years but it’s ok because people are usually giving the clothes away regardless. However, they took 4 of my items for $19 and I didn’t think to count the money they gave me and they only gave me $14 cash. So disappointed.
