Professional Skate-Hockey Dept. is a great new store with the same great service. It has been consistently one of the best skate sharpeners in town for years and is considered one of the GOATs. The service is amazing, exceptional, and hands down the best customer service. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient, professional, friendly, helpful, and true experts. They provide an amazing fitting experience, take their time, and ensure informed decisions. Both the hockey and figure skating teams are very knowledgeable. The store is a great local shop that is strongly recommended. Customers are encouraged to buy the skate sharpening card for a professional sharpening at a great value.
Amazing service in the figure skating shop. I was looking to size up on my old skates but the staff recommended a power stretch and I was able to salvage my old skates. Staff are knowledgeable, efficient and professional.
