About Purolator
This Purolator location is consistently great, providing efficient, kind, and genuinely helpful service every time. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and lovely, making the place a delight. They are accommodating, warm, and cheerful, often going above and beyond to assist customers. Service is fast, prompt, and efficient, with customers frequently in and out quickly even during busy periods.
The location is particularly noted for making Amazon returns painless and less stressful. Staff are happy to print return slips and offer tape at no charge. The facility itself is convenient to get to, with ample parking and handicap access.
This location stands out for its wonderful community care and commitment to the environment. It serves as a drop-off center for Nespresso coffee pod recycling, a small but very convenient and thoughtful touch. Impressively, it has also been a collection point for the Calgary Food Bank for over 20 years, showing a great commitment to caring for the community. The excellent customer service and these extra efforts make this Purolator highly recommended.

I don’t normally leave reviews for things like this but the staff here is amazing. Greeted with a smile and he held the door open for me. I didn’t get his name but I was confused on what to do and he helped me through the whole process! If I ever need to do another return I’ll certainly be back here!
