The Real Canadian Superstore on 4th Street is a big and generally well-lit, clean store. It carries specific items like fresh basil, located next to the tomatoes. However, the store layout can be confusing for finding exits or restrooms. The bathrooms are frequently reported as terrible, with broken doors, missing toilet paper, and being generally gross. Pricing is not as inexpensive as expected, requiring attention to weekly specials; savings programs do not always result in discounts. Staff experiences vary widely. About a quarter of the staff are friendly and helpful, even walking customers to items. Half do not know where products are located, and a final quarter seem unhappy, offering unhelpful or curt responses about out-of-stock items, with information often proving unreliable. Checkout clerks can sometimes be irate and exhibit a poor attitude.
Good location right at intersection of Centre St. and 4 St. NW. Lots of variety since they acquired T & T supermarket, prices matched competitors, cheaper than Safeway.

I am a regular customer of Real Canadian superstore ,Country Hills ,Calgary. But I am not happy about paying $11 for filter water bottle, while Soby's and Saveon Foods have filter water station and charge only $2.99 for 18.5 liter ! I hope the authority will see my concern and install the station at the stores.
