“We have visited this shop several times to buy Mediterranean food for the past decade. Owner is always kind and calculates the total in his head with ±10 cents accuracy. Our initial visit, when my child was just 5 years old, left a lasting impression as the owner surprised him with a complimentary chocolate bar. Fast forward to the present, at 14 years old, my child received another free chocolate treat from the owner. This consistent generosity over the years is truly commendable, and I wholeheartedly believe the owner deserves a well-deserved shoutout!”

I've recently switched to this sobeys (had enough of terrible service from the nearby walmart / panorama superstore) and i couldnt' be happier. I have always been friendly and thankful to retail staff and am much happier being in this store with equally friendly staff.The meat / produce here are also usually of higher quality / fresher. The checkouts aren't a 20 minute wait!!! Something wrong with your item? they immediatley call someone to help get you a replacement - WOW! Sure prices on some items might be higher but if you shop to their flyer / what's on sale you aren't paying that much more. This store makes grocery shopping a much more peaceful experience. Your mental well being is 100% worth an extra few dollars on you weekly grocery.”
