Cashier is extremely rude. She just wanted to go home. She closed the store earlier and when she noticed we knew it was supposed to be opened, she reopened it and was not able to answer why she closed it earlier

Never going back here again. Every time I need something and make the mistake of going here it's a bad experience. Tired of getting followed around the store and treated like a shoplifter on every visit. No respect for your paying customers at all!!

Staff was helpful, but only pointed us in the right direction from customer service, no one actually showed us where to go. Cashier was amazing! Were doin basement renos an are first timers. She was lovely to deal with!

If i have the option of zero stars - I would given this store zero. i went to return a product in original packaging and with proof of purchase within 90 days. Crystal the assistant manager said to my husband we cant return opened product its our store policy on invoice it does say clearly its 90 days in original packaging. she started arguing you are not the first one i have said no. i am surprised how she is even a manager in customer facing role. all the staff gathered and started making comments on our race and culture these indians use things and return it back like wow !!!
I asked for store manager and she said back in a very disrespectful tone - I AM THE MANAGER. very disrespectful and rude

Kind and helpful staff, clean store. There are better hardware/ paint/ do it yourself stores in Calgary. Not the best but far from the worst. Centre of Calgary which is nice but hood location near Dover and Forrest Lawn
