RONA Calgary (Forest Lawn) is a hardware store that offers a limited product selection but has a staff that generally provides good customer service. The store is clean and centrally located, though it may not have the extensive inventory of larger home improvement stores. The staff is described as helpful, with one manager, Josh, going out of his way to assist customers. However, some reviews note that the staff could use additional training in customer service. Overall, the store seems to be a decent option for basic home improvement needs, though customers may need to visit larger stores for a more comprehensive selection.
I went to forest lawn Rona location for an electric fireplace today. I want to give a top review for Robert who helped me instore and the two gentlemen in the yard. Great , friendly and quick service. It was So worth the drive in from Strathmore to Calgary. Clean, well organized store with top notch employees! Thanks again!!
