The staff is very friendly, with helpful employees and cashiers who keep the line moving. The pharmacy is noted for being simple and efficient. The store is overall lovely with nice staff. However, for residents in apartments above the store, loud bass from music, especially past 10 at night, is a major drawback affecting quality of life, and repeated calls have not resolved this. Additionally, cigarette containers right outside the front doors can make entering unpleasant when someone is smoking. The store's location is convenient, being near the children's hospital with parking across the street.
