Please consider hiring more staff for the front desk. The past 4 times I’ve been here there has been one person working and a line of 5+ people. It’s hard to do banking when you have to wait in line for 45-75 minutes. It may also be helpful having a staff who’s sitting in their office help out in these moments, but...

I don't get the point of having an ATM if they close during business hours. I don't want to walk all the way to other branches. Additionally, I was preparing to ask if their ATMs are still open so I could withdraw money, but I got rudely closed out before I could even ask by the janitors.
