Avoid this branch they have zero customer skills . Ms. Jenka the assistant manager is useless as a pile of bricks. They won’t help you. This is the 2nd time I asked them for something simple and they messed it up. They will also make things extremely complicated for no reason.

Is ridiculous the Scotiabank ATM is locked in an area as the 17th Ave, at 8pm, how we will take money in an emergency? Ridiculous
