I've never seen worse service in a bank. I do most of my banking elsewhere and can't believe the difference in service.

Very incompetent employees unwilling to help and even make a call to resolve customer issue. Will close up all my accounts as soon as I can trace my 16k payment! I used to send my students here to open an account but will make sure they are directed somewhere more reliable and customer oriented.
