I liked the service when choosing cosmetics, but why is the product handed to me without a bag? It looks very noticeable, and even if I’m buying just one item, it would be nice to put it in a Sephora-branded bag and hand it to the customer — it would feel much more pleasant, at least for me.

Everyone here happy to help. You can browse without feeling like you have to buy something. Unlike shoppers very uncomfortable. Most of them get mad when you don't buy something. Like can I browse without you making me feel not welcome if I'm just looking😒🙄
