I came to get gas and found out all the washer fluid buckets empty. What a pathetic place to get gas where nobody bothers to fill them up. Don’t spend your money at this stupid bussiness 👎🏻

I had a terrible experience at this Shell gas station. I stopped by in the evening and waited over 15 minutes just to use the restroom. When I asked the staff if I needed a key, they told me someone was already inside. After waiting a long time with no sound or sign of anyone, I asked if they could check — but they refused and said they didn’t have an extra key.
Later, someone outside told me that this location doesn’t allow anyone to use the restroom after 7 p.m., which the staff never mentioned. It was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve always been a regular Shell customer, but after this experience, I’m honestly reconsidering ever stopping at a Shell again. Very disappointed in the way this situation was handled.

I do not recommend
Very disappointed with this Shell. I was about to fuel up for $50 and asked to use the washroom, but the staff refused and said it wasn’t public. Just before me, a woman was given the key and allowed to use it — but I was denied. That kind of double standard feels discriminatory, and I won’t be returning.
Management may review this incident on surveillance video – Tuesday, September 2, after 8:00 p.m., of course. Approximately around 9:00 p.m., or possibly later.

If I could give Shell zero stars, I would. Half the time they’re closed when they’re supposed to be open, and when they are open, the service is appallingly rude. It’s clear that customer care is not a priority here. I’ve never left a gas station feeling so unwelcome. Save yourself the frustration—there are plenty of other places that actually value their customers.
