They welcome you with a locked door and a ring camera, then some kid comes and passive aggressively points to an ID sign on the door making you show ID before entering. Who is Telus to ask for that??? Why do I want Telus having my drivers license on camera when I may not even be a customer? I can walk right into any Rolex, peoples, Best Buy or literally any other store selling higher value merchandise than Telus and not have to do this. Hire a security guard FFS then, what a joke

I have had the most horrible experience with Telus, if there was anything less than one star, that’s what they’d be getting.Transferring subscription from one apartment to another isn’t supposed to be this hard but alas I have been without wifi for the past two weeks, spending over two hours on the phone with customer service (that knows nothing might I add) every three days to try and resolve this.First of all the box that was in this apartment was returned by the previous tenant because that is what the clueless customer service person told him, well he wasn’t supposed to and to rectify it had taken over two weeks, I finally got the box today and it is the wrong type that won’t work in this house! How hard can it be? Is there no transfer of information from one agent to the next?!! How can it be so fragmented that we have to start from the beginning everytime, now that we got someone eager to resolve this, the agent sent the wrong thing, absolutely frustrating and horrible experience, I STILL do not have WiFi! They keep giving us credits for the troubles but what’s the use if there is no wifi !!

Today I showed up in a company van broad daylight in a company jacket and I was asked for an ID. I just wanted to have a modem for home use. Unfortunately I forgot my previous experience with them in April when they proved their lack of knowledge. Now I remember not to take my money where they ask me to identify myself broad daylight. And I didn't have any mask, sunglasses, baseball cap or hood on, just a smile. It's humiliating treating customers like this. Not a good place to leave your money.

Such a terrible experience!I need to show my ID to enter the store, which was fine although feel a bit scary. Then, I asked a question and one of the guy but he is very rude for answering simple question and treating me like a criminal.What kind of store is this??
