You can never find what they say is in stock per their website!! Where is the inventory control ? Such a gong show -ensue being 45 min for a 10 pickup and then having to go to another store. This has happened numerous times. Advice: inventory control is important here !!

I visited the store to exchange some tools I had purchased a few days ago. Despite having my receipt, security and a few employees wrongly accused me of stealing the items. To clear my name, I had to ask my family to retrieve footage showing me leaving my house with the tools, providing video proof of my innocence. After resolving the issue, I decided to return everything and take my money elsewhere. I went to KMS instead, as this store clearly doesn’t deserve my business.
Will definitely share this experience with family and friends and my workplace.

Rude staff in receiving. home depot appointment system sucks at last store 7037 they give me 3 pm and when i reached store they told me 10 30 pm but they take me in .now here at store 7063 they gave me 4 pm and staff is saying 6 pm .
Plz use common sense who ever is working on appointments. How can someone deliver stuff in nose of trailer before and stuff on tail later.i spoke to manager here she spoke politely but the guy in receiving was rude I showed up at 3:10 pm and he have to leave at 4 :00(as he told me) .50 minutes for 7skids . According to his shitty computer I am for next guy , i don't wanna do work for another person . Totally wastage of time . Avoid this place for delivery as OTR driver.

Was at the store today looking for a new washer and dryer. My spouse and I must have hung around the department for 15 minutes but no one wanted to help us. There was one employee who helping another couple the whole time and while I understand he was busy, maybe he could have at least used his radio to get someone else to help. There was also an older lady with really short hair around but she ignored us as well. I overhead the first employee say that they don't earn commission. Perhaps they should. It might motivate them to help customers.
Anyways, after waiting 15 minutes we decided to leave which of course is when the first employee finished up but I was tired of waiting at that point.

Be careful. They sell used items as new. I bought a "new" tile saw here, and when I opened it at home, it was filthy from use and missing critical parts.

Yet again the big boxes are not taking responsibility for what they sell. Had the absolutely worst experience with customer service trying to get information on recycling wifi enabled LED bulbs that they sold to me. Home Depot - you can do better. Until then, I’m going to shop elsewhere.

This store is always fully stocked and the experience of shopping here was great. The staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable. This location is very convenient.

Even though the store seems well stocked and if a person has enough time he could probably find what he is looking for. Very limited staff on weekends (Sunday). Every other Home Depot has big carts staged inside the store ready for customer use. But not this one. If you want a flatbed cart you have to scour the parking lot. Do you think the staff would be so gracious as to get one for a handicap person. Noooooo

Absolutely incredible experience at this Home Depot! Every single person here, from the bathroom section to the amazing lady in storage, the paint section, and all the cashiers, go above and beyond to make shopping here a pleasure. The whole team is always ready to help with a big smile and genuinely cares about making each visit enjoyable. It’s clear that management has put together a fantastic crew, and each employee contributes to the warm, welcoming atmosphere.
