Understaffed for the volume of business with unreasonable wait times. Service is good once you get it, but very frustrating to wait so long without any acknowledgement that you or others or waiting. It would be helpful to be greeted at least when you arrive.

This place is nothing short of amazing. Please try to ignore the negative reviews. An overwhelming amount of them are blaming UPS when the delivery service and the store itself are two seperate services. The staff are always extremely helpful here, in both shipping and receiving packages.
