Both the boss and the staff kindly received the delivery registration for my item. If there is anything to send from NW, I will only use it here in the future.

This has to be the worse parcel pickup or sending store around. I came here today to grab a package. There was a gentleman sending a money gram to the US and the owner/worker was only one working and more people kept coming in. This gentleman was filling out the paperwork to send his money. Owner didn't bother helping anyone else out he waited for the guy to finish his paperwork. Then to top off a delivery guy came in with huge bags of foam for packing. He helped him bring these bags in instead of us customers. I waited at least 25-30 mins to pick up my parcel. I do not recommend this store unless you have time to waste. Horrible customer service.

I am 100% sure it was store as I live 1/2 block away. And it was yesterday I was at this location picking up parcel.

I’ve been going to this UPS Store location for the past two years, and their customer service is truly fantastic! The owners are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to ensure everything is done perfectly. I’ve never experienced this level of care and professionalism with any other shipping provider. I’m so happy to have them nearby—they make running my business so much easier and always put a smile on my face after a long day of work! Highly recommend!

UPS is the worst delivery I've ever used. They don't bother to deliver actually, and most probably you'll end up going to UPS access point or your shipment will be returned to the sender.

Thanks so much for the wonderful service to the lovely lady at the counter. I don't ship packages often and as someone new to the international shipping process she was kind and very helpful. I would recommend this UPS location to anyone

Came in to drop of a simple package nothing more. All I needed was the tracking receipt. Instead of getting it like a normal customer transaction the lady at front started to argue with me, regardless of my needs and what I needed. She then lied that the receipt machine was not working and she needed time to fix it. Imagine being this low of a person that you need to lie about a simple thing, imagine how lazy you have to be do a simple request.She then helped another customer which took roughly 5-7 minutes which I was fine with but to top it off, she printed a tracking receipt for the other customer. Imagine lying and wasting someone’s time like this. Absolutely avoid at all costs. If you like being treated like dirt and lied to go straight ahead. What’s even more hilarious is that when a customer was talking about something she would mutter along things that were in no relation to what the customer said. Imagine being so fake that in order to reply to a customers conversation you just make stuff up non related to it, talk about being not actually caring about customers.And I see that you reply to people all the time. If this one does get a reply I honestly want to tell the front lady to get a grip and stop working there if it’s really that hard. I asked for a simple thing that should not be a problem for a postal store. No I do not want tracking sent to my phone via text. I wanted a simple tracking receipt that any normal postage service can easily provide. Stop doing business with these people if this is how you are treated. Absolutely the worst experience in my life related to shipping services.
