“I had a great experience today! I went over to the Automotive area and asked a friendly clerk Matt about puchasing 2 RV batteries. He let us know they are in the seasonal department now. We had concerns about them being fresh ans so Matt told us to go a buy them and bring them over to him and he will test them for us. So we did, but when we returned we were told he was on lunch and she had never heard of battery testing, if its no good bring it back. This wouldnt be any good for us but at that moment Matt came back, and im not sure if he ate lunch, but.jumped over to us and tested our batteries while teaching the other clerk how to do it. While he was doing this another customer was in need of help and Matt jumped in and said he would help her. I hope Matt gets the recognition and lunch he deserves!”

“I have a love/hate relationship with Costco. Kirkland is a great brand with consistent quality products. Visiting any Costco however is torture. They frequently move products so you have to search for them. And it's way too busy. Anybody who makes it through should get an "I survived Costco and all I got was this lousy sticker" sticker. ??”

Tires were on backorder...they figured out another option for me. They went on backorder but came back in stock...
Candace was a HUGE part of why I was able to remain patient. She truly and sincerely helped me by explaining about the tires, ordering them in, booking and rebooting my appointment, when the tires were delayed. She's really got a knack for customer service and is very knowledgeable.
Nick, and Rupinder were excellent too. They started my journey.
Taylor and Chris are very kind, knowledgeable and were helpful to me, to help identify the wear on my existing tires and inform me of their current life.
I felt like I was treated like a valued member and more importantly, a human! I say this, as I had a poor experience with someone who I spoke to earlier in the spring this year, who treated me as if I had no clue. Thankfully I didn't have to cross paths with him!
