This Zara continues to be the literal worst location of theirs. The manager is incredibly rude, and the staff literally couldn’t care less about any of the customers. I used to work in retail so I totally get employees and never expect any over the top customer service, but in this place it’s like they go out of their way to never be helpful. I literally just tried asking if they could suggest some basic tees in store and they told me to just go on their website and order online because they were busy. That was also after I got shut down by 2 other groups of employees that were just gossiping in a corner like be so fr rn. Save yourself the time and go to Chinook because this place is brutal. I also witnessed the manager be aggressive towards some lady that was a few days over the return policy when she had a family emergency like where’s the compassion and understanding? I get that there’s a policy but it could’ve been addressed in a better way. Either way save yourself and avoid this place lmfaoo it gets worse and worse every time

Visited the Zara at Market Mall last night and our daughter found some boots she loved. Went to the counter to find out the price was converted to $58. When we asked the clerk why she said this particular tag was in Euros. We asked to speak to the manager. The manager told us the products are made in Europe and that was her reasoning. Some products have stickers and some do not. I find this very misleading to have prices in Euros on some merchandise and some in CAD. We are in Canada and prices should be displayed and tagged in CAD. All the boots on the shelf did not have stickers showing the price in CAD only the price which was in Euros. I've seen other businesses products displayed in multiple currencies but never in only Euros and when you go to pay its auto adjusted. We will not return to this store due the poor experience dealing with the manager here.
There are many products that are imported from around the world which are clearly marked in Canadian dollars at all other businesses. At the end of the day, I am more disappointed in the poor customer service than anything.

Went there today around 2 to do a little shopping. Found a great bag and my husband found a few shirts he like and was going to buy. Excited that we found something made our way to the cash desk to pay. There were several ppl in line. A young lady comes over to us and tells us it would be faster to make our way over to the kids dept and cash out there. One of the girls in front of us ducks out of the line and goes into the back room, looks like she works there. When we get to the other side we see the same girl cashing out. Seems she was off duty and took a short cut through the employees back room to cut in line. The lady next to her also was an employee who were retuning and buy a few items. Each of them seem to be asking for explanation of each items cost for what they were returning and then buying. They both kept looking at us like we did something wrong. After another 10-12 mins we decided to drop our items and walked out. We did find another employee and asked to speak to the manager. After a few pages over the radio she made her way to us. Apologies for the issues we had encountered and then explained that’s the 2 ladies we’re employees and they were off the clock. She offered to get us someone to cash us out, (not sure why she didn’t just offer to do it). But after a few calls over the radio no one came. We explained they it felt like we were not wanted. With that we decided to leave all together. Have since filed a formal complaint. The staff seemed more interested in there own purchases rather than the purchases of the customers. Major fail for Zara Market Mall.

Worst place for shopping. The customer service is so bad .I just before 3 days I bought blouse and today l went to return it ,she told me why you remove the tag I told her I thought l wanna keep it but I checked my mind and the tag on my bag I give her the tag and I asked her please check the blouse I don’t touch it,she checked it and returned it but she talked with me really in bad way and no smile no respect
And she is so rude.I don’t why most of the employees look sad and they don’t have any way to talk with the customer.

Customer service at this store is absolutely horrendous. I brought a shirt in to return and was told “You can’t just come in here and try to return this”, in a rude and condescending tone by a female staff member. There is no notice on the receipt that you only have 30 days to return items. I was three days past. I have never been spoken to so rudely in a retail store ever before. I will never buy another item at Zara.

Product quality in the store is the worst .
Not worth to spend money out here at Zara at CF Market mall store.
Within a month my product got damaged and customer service team out there cant even do anything about the product..please keep away from the Zara store ..

Worst place ever, I bought a shirt and found it damaged so I went return it, the manager said you removed inside tag so we can't return it and it was like wore it once , so she was like no we can't though it is damage we can't, so I said what am I gonna do, I said keep it and she kept the shirt and recipt for my shirt , so literally that store manager took my shirt and money, good store , who can't see customer and can't take respo so its of damage goods . Will never buy anything from this kind of people

I recently bought a couple of casual suits from Zara Man at Market Mall. The experience was excellent, especially thanks to a very helpful and professional Ukrainian female employee. She was willing to assist and made the shopping process smooth and pleasant.

Manager izal is completely nuts. he don’t know how to talk to customer. raised his voice in front of his staff when completely they were at fault. recommendations zero. Zara should teach them how to do customer service.

Very poor quality. Waste of money. I have never seen such a poor customer service as Zara. I ordered shoes from Zara and slected pick up from store. Shoes were different from what I ordered. The excuse they gave me was the shoes I ordered were out of stock , so they sent me different ones.
