ZARA at Market Mall is a store with lots of options for all sizes and styles. The staff is described as incredibly helpful, amazing, kind, and dedicated, going above and beyond to assist. The experience is often excellent, smooth, and pleasant, with employees willing to help find items or order them. The manager is noted for quickly resolving situations. The store has good sales, though some note the staff are underpaid to deal with various customer situations. Overall, it is a store many highly recommend visiting.
Actis (I hope I got her name right!) was absolutely amazing! She helped me find the children’s clothes I was looking for and she was so sweet and kind! She made the hectic experience a wonderful one!

Female employee, I believe her name Akdas helped me find an amazing outfit for a dinner party, and walked me through different options based on the occasion and how often I wanted to wear the items. Very respectful and kept me engaged! Will definitely be coming back :)!
