Fitting room operation was self-serve, with some help given by an attendant who wasn't found there half the time. Asked a 2nd coworker for another size, in which they said they had and asked us to wait 15 minutes for, sending us to the collection rack. 20 minutes passed, and a 3rd coworker asked us to confirm the item. They disappear, and no one bothered to follow up with us thereafter. So, we asked a 4th coworker if they are looking for it or not, to which she said they couldn't find it. So, we wasted a total of 30 minutes and not a single person could think to inform us of the fact so we didn't have to stand there waiting for nothing?? The customer service here is terribly lacking, there's no communication with customers and you can barely tell who is actually a worker because they don't spare anyone a passing glance, much less say anything (although they seem to have radios which evidently could be put to better use). We get to cash and the 5th worker keeps pestering me to buy it online, despite me saying that I need it sooner than it can be delivered and if she could check other locations. Even if I come to browse again, I certainly will not expect any help from the team here.

Terrible, rude store manager (young blond girl). She has absolutely no customer service skills, acts rude and does not care about customer satisfaction at all. For the first time ever I've had such a bad experience and unacceptable treatment. That lady should be fired!

Worst customer service .. associates are not ready to help they just try to ignore .. some of the employees are too rude while asking for help they are not there to help and talk in a rude way

This Company steals from people ! A clerk was “ helping me check out” and was putting everything in my bag “for me” and did NOT include the earrings I had purchased. Over a week and NO ONE calls you back from Zara. Go into the store and the manager has his back up WITH NO HELP AT ALL!! I GOT SCAMMED AND ROBBED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased an item and noticed on the receipt that the price did not match the sticker on the tag. Spoke to an employee who brushed us off and simply said she could get the manager. The manager was equally as unhelpful and stated that the sticker must have just been placed on it despite us showing her another pair of the same jeans with same sticker on them. She claimed she could have adjusted the other pairs price but not the one we purchased since it was from a “different unit”. We let her know that they are the SAME pair of jeans with SAME article number just different sizes and she relayed the same “unit” excuse back. Not to mention throughout this whole ordeal the employees and managers were whispering amongst themselves in a different language which in itself came off as highly unprofessional and blatantly disrespectful.

Tried to return an item in-store and customer service representative just acted like a lifeless carcass and was only minimally polite, not friendly whatsoever or engaging, but would occasionally give a slight chuckle when I didn't have the correct receipt, almost as if she was trying to mock me or something. Very odd behaviour...
I struggled to find the correct receipt for my return and only until i had no other options did she offer to search my phone number in their system or try anything else to help me. Finally after she decided to actually help and do some work my transaction was found thankfully, but I didn't have the correct credit card to complete the return (my bad). Once she figured this out she just chuckled again and flopped my shirt on the table for me to fold and place back in its bag. I asked how much longer I would have to return the shirt, implying that I was asking from today forth, to which she just replied "30 days" without any contemplation or care. Already frustrated, I didn't even bother to re-ask my question and left. I knew her answer was untrue since I later found out that Zara's return policy is 30 days after purchase, not consistent with what I had asked going forward.
Later on I tried calling this location back to ask if they offer in-store credit for returns after 30 days, but gave up after being left on hold for over 1 hour. No retail store should ever be so busy that someone is left on hold for 1 hour... Maybe there needs to be more employees answering the phones, more phones in general, or most likely management taking better control of and training for their staff.
As a retail worker myself I can quite easily conclude that the customer service representatives have a lack of care, engagement, or genuine desire to do their job. Retail isn't the most rewarding job, but Zara employees take the cake in terms of not giving a crap whatsoever.

I rrcently purchased a pair of shoes and noticed the cologne section. The sales person helped with the testers and I chose the scent. The saleswoman got me a bottle and everthing was great. When I arrived home I opened the box and realized she had given me the wrong bottle. I went back and they outright refused to exchange or return it. Thw manager was unhelpful and the ukranian girl that helped me get the bottle was also no help. I am a faithful lover of everything Zara. I cant believe the service. so so disappointed be warned this locatiin is terribly managed.

No sitting area or waiting area in the store. Not very friendly to customers that need to wait in front of the fitting rooms. It's just poorly designed / not ergonomic floor arrangement.

In the Chinook branch, they have a bad Ukrainian manager who treated me with arrogance, I have a T-shirt I just purchased two days ago but I forgot to bring my recipe, the sticker is still there but she won't let me return it or even change it.
