Went in to go look for a dress I saw the day before. Showed the sales associate girl a picture she showed me the “area” it’s suppose to be in and walked away. No help what so ever, didn’t find the dress, asked the girl in the dressing room she looked confused and said they didn’t have the dress. No one helps you and customer service is horrible. The new Zara looks nice but needs better sales associates. Horrible service

Be aware of Zara. I was travelling and tried to return a gift and missed the 30 day return policy by 4 days. I even purchased another jacket that did fit and they would not credit or refund me for the jacket that did not fit. I contacted the head office and they still did not help.

I bought a perfume for my sister on Sunday, November 19th around 5:45 pm. In that section there was a girl who didn't even say hello and didn't even ask if we needed help, we were choosing the best fragrance and finally we grabbed the box of the perfume we liked the one right behind the sample. We paid for the perfume and when we left we opened the box and immediately realized that it was NOT the same perfume. We returned to have the perfume that Era and the Girl who was in the perfumery section did not even organize or do anything because all the perfumes and cologne were disorganized( a completely mess) she told us that maybe They gave us some money back. then we went to the girl who had charged us and told her what had happened and she told us. that she couldn't do anything because we had already opened the box. Then she called the manager and he told us the same thing. In conclusion we lost the perfume and the money. and the manager without professionalism I hope the owner of this franchise reads this complaint and does something about it.And customers be advised of visiting this store. There are couple more in the city and they are much better than this franchise.

My brother bought me some lotion and I grabbed the box that is behind the sample thinking it was the same one. We paid for it when we left the store to apply it. I realized it wasn't the same one. We immediately went back and talked to the employee with the same lotion. who charged us then they called the manager and we told him that it had not been our fault but rather that of the staff for not keeping the product organized in conclusion they should be more organized and the manager should have more professionalism very poor attention at least in repaying the money or the correct lotion, accept that it is their mistake and not the customer's for not being ordered. Customers when they buy a lotion in this store, poor service and lack of professionalism, please make sure it is the same

Nice new shiny store, but they completely took the men’s section out it makes no sense and extremely disappointing, guess I won’t be shopping at this location like I used too.

Find it ridiculous that there is only a self checkout , have to do everything yourself and have only seen 2-4 people that actually work there, only a woman’s section and i can’t even believe how many people probably lost their job due to all the self serve aspects.

First of all, I love Zara, especially children's clothing. Due to time constraints, I usually shop online and very rarely in-store, and in all my rare visits to this store over the past few years, I have always had a very terrible experience. Bothe the salespeople and store managers are so rude, negligent, arrogant and disrespectful. They always make you feel that they are doing a big favor to you. All staff, including managers and supervisors, need good customer service training. I really don't understand why Zara doesn't do anything about it. How it's possible to hire this kind of staff that hate their jobs with absolute zero wish to help/communicate with customers. I have never encountered worse customer service anywhere except this store. Something wrong with this store employees. I hope they never will reopen.

Some of the The sales people are terrible, I tried some clothes , and didn’t like some of those and gave it back and on of the male Employee asked me to put that back on the shelves stating that’s there new policy .

I really dislike this location. Very disorganized and poorly stocked. The manager is not very good either. She is not customer service oriented or helpful.

I had a fitting room started and the associate told me to just close the curtain while I go look for more items. I return to find that one of the managers have taken the items in my room and put them away. The associate that helped me initially was talking with her coworkers right next to my fitting room so i don’t know how she did not notice. Horrible experience. I was carrying 8+ items and not a single employee offered their assistance. I would give 0 stars if I could.

You walking to Zara to expect a good shopping experience but as soon as you enter the door you see the Chios poor and trash service I literally had to ask the girls help me pick up an item and was waiting for 20 min because they seem to be clueless at their job
