“Update: recent change to no frills. Don't care for the color scheme but it's nice to have a refresh of the store. I haven't had too much time to see what the difference is from Extra foods, no name products are front and centre, which are sometimes good quality but sometimes not, you just have to give it a try and see. Eg. No name black beans: good, no name ramen noodles, bad. No name plum tomatoes: good, no name pineapple chunks: bad
Old review: Extra foods has been a good addition to our town as far as choices go. Sometimes they don't have what we are looking for, but I understand not being able to stock items that not many will buy. There have also been some issues with out of stock items, like 1% milk a week ago and produce that is a little past it's prime. Overall though I am happy with the choices and prices at extra foods.”
