Customer- service is not that friendly when compared to many other banks in town.

Very customer friendly, especially the tellers. Found that some of the financial advice was great, especially from Manish.
I haven’t met Paul, but I hear that customer service from him should be a 5 rating.. Tara on the other hand from optics perspective, I would not want to deal with her again
