“The manager, Al, is an amazing person, very compassionate, kind and understanding. My husband received a quote on material he ordered but when he went to purchase the item the cost was significantly higher. My husband paid for the purchase and when he came home he told me about it so I decided to call and speak with Al and explain what happened for their future learning, not thinking we would be reimbursed for the difference of what we were quoted. Al went over and above of what I was expecting. I want to let you know how very grateful we are for the exceptional service we received. Thank you so very much.
