“Came to purchase hiking shoes for myself and my teenager. There were 2 staff members stocking and circling around. Since they observed I knew what I was doing size wise, they offered no help. I also didn’t ask for help, so I wasn’t upset by this. They let us try on multiple pairs of shoes and made no fuss about returning the “no” boxes of shoes for us. We ended up with a pair each as intended and were helped by a friendly young cashier as well.
