She offered alternatives after knowing our needs. She is a great listener, she is also a great communicator! She explains everything very clearly!!Polite and funny! We had total trust in what she recommended because she was/is so knowledgeable. WE WERE TREATED LIKE INDIVIDUALS NOT NUMBERS, nor did she make us feel like we were an interruption to her day.She made us feel like she valued our business. “Prices was expensive but very good customer service. Jana was very helpful fixing my apple watch and explaining different apple products. I even came back a few minutes later and bought the airpods pro and she helped me set it up on my phone and everything”
