“My sister and I went in today to get some Black Friday shopping done and I have to say we were not disappointed. I had actually called ahead on Wednesday and asked if I could put a particular purse on hold until Friday and they did so with no hesitation but, after talking with my sister we decided to skip the crowds on Friday and head in today. When we walked in we split up as we both saw different items that we wanted and I was approached by a salesperson and she quickly informed me that the purse I was looking at was discounted a further 25% off the Black Friday discount and the price worked out to $61.
My mouth fell open and I said REALLY… well I guess I am buying this one with the purse I have on hold lol. So I picked up the purse off the display and she said “oh no need for you to take the display purse we have new ones in the back that I can get for you as well as the purse you have on hold”. Again my mouth fell open as I said REALLY… well okay then and she said “I will leave both at the front counter with your name and when you are ready just go on up to pay”. I know it may not seem like a big deal but, in today’s society a really great customer service experience is so far and few between. My sister also had a really great experience with the salesperson helping her as she was looking for an outfit for New Years Eve and unfortunately the dress she had picked out was not available in her size but, the salesperson found another dress that was very beautiful and we both left extremely happy.”
“Everytime I go to shop at Suzy Shier Nina always greets me with a beautiful smile and she will go above and beyond to make sure I find what I’m looking for .I definitely walk out that store so happy because of the great customer service.She’s very kind , polite and moreover she’s amazing.”
“This Vans outlet has a lot of selections, can't go wrong as they always have some deals such as BOGO 50% OFF, so don't miss out.
Staff is pretty friendly for the most part.. they're there to help when asked..
Might as well mention that there are no washrooms in this store.
Anyways, overall the store is clean, Friendly staff, deals are on point if you come maybe once a month to check it out.”

I like colours so I almost left but the sales lady showed me the clothing at the back of the store. My daughter in law is a plus size so was pleased to be able to buy some nice tops.”

“After falling in love with the downtown store, I recently visited the Windermere location, which is closer to me. The staff there were just as kind and approachable. I bought another dress, and the girl working there was so helpful in figuring out the right size for me—I’m just not great at knowing what fits me best! Once again, I had a great experience, and I’m now a big fan of this local gem.”

“I was at Marks on Sunday, Nov 2 @ 5:00pm-5:40pm, the store was absolutely chaotic as they had a sale going on. HOWEVER, the staff were incredible! There were 2 male employees (footwear department) that really stood out and seriously need to be recognized! They kept their cool under stressful conditions, remained polite, and were able to help EVERY customer when asked. I had to ask for help a couple of times and never felt like I was dismissed or a bother - actually, during the chaos, one of the gentlemen actually came up to us and assisted us with work boots! While I wasn’t able to get any of their names I was able to note what they were wearing!
Employee 1: Black Nike crew neck, blue jeans, black shoes, black hair (mohawk style).
Employee 2: White t-shirt, black cargo pants, black shoes, curly black hair.
I hope Mark’s appreciates these employees as they were rockstars.”

“I go to this mall every day. I go between 9:00 and 10:00 AM. I look everyday in the Bluenotes window and see a beautiful cozy jacket on sale. So today I stayed until 11:00. When I got inside there were even more cozy jackets on sale. Today I bought one, I hadn't seen in the window. Just as cozy. I have it on right now and it it so warm and light. I feel blessed. “I always go to CK south common branch to shop, went there today to ask for job posting, met a girl and asked her to call a manager, she went and came back and said we are not hiring and gave me a coupon to apply online, I requested her to call a manager I can talk to, the manager told me the same thing which I appreciated. While I was leaving the store she made fun of me and said that she told me the same thing and doesn’t know what language I get. I turned back to say that it doesn’t hurt if I talked to a manager she started laughing at me . I left the store and called to ask her name the manager answered the call and put me on hold for more than 5 minutes and only thing I asked was her name he said Navjot. I don’t know if it’s the correct name or not, but so disappointed with how she treated me . FYI , not looking for my first job, already working in a well reputed business, was just searching for something part time”

“Came in here with my siblings this evening & we found a pair of jeans we liked & needed another size, I spoke with Salma & she was very kind about it, she did call another location to see if they had a bigger size for us. She was very accommodating, Kind & professional. I’m big on customer service & accommodation, Will definitely be popping in this location more often just simply for these reasons”
