“I had an absolutely amazing experience at Jobsite Workwear in Edmonton. I went in looking for new Timberland work boots and the service was honestly the best I’ve ever had at a workwear store.
Olivia and Cindy took the time to actually help me find the right pair instead of just pointing me to a shelf. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure the boots fit properly since I’m on my feet all day on concrete. On top of that, they were the only place in Edmonton that actually had the boots I needed in stock, which saved me a ton of time and hassle.
To top it all off, they even gave me some cool stickers for my hard hat at the end, which was a really nice touch.

“I would like to thank the 2 lovely salespeople who helped me saturday January 4 when I stumbled in quite unprepared for a shopping experience. Due to grief & some huge life challenges I’ve been shut down for literally years but am now pulling out of the darkness. Yay. I have no sense of style anymore even though I used to be on top of it all. And apparently I’ve also aged in the process, so that’s fun. They were helpful, hilarious, called me out when needed, supportive & made great suggestions as I rebuild my wardrobe for the future. I left with 2 wonderful pieces & will definitely be back on a regular basis. I didn’t get their names but they deserve a huge shout out for being so lovely with my sad little Self that day. The hat was a little pricey as well as the boots but the staff was very friendly and helpful as I am not the most experienced shopper lol.
Great selection of boots and hots but we had to got to 2 locations to find a proper fit for both. The staff were able to check availability of the items at both locations.

“I visited this yesterday and was disappointed with the cashier's customer service. She seemed uninterested, unfriendly, and made no effort to engage with customers. Even a simple smile or greeting would have made a difference.
On the other hand, the red-haired employee was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help customers and provided excellent service. The cashier could learn a lot from her example. Giving 4 stars for her only..
Smiling at a customer is a basic principle of customer service. If u can't do that may be change your job. Don't ruin other's day.”

“Amazing custmer service very helpful manager type lady helped me find 4 pairs of uniqe jeans that I loved and fit well also found a cute back pack purse for 30 dollars millano at mill woods sells the same purse for 89 dollars got mine here for 30 dollars kicking myself cause I found a purse I bought at millano for 59 dollars they have it here for 30 dollars so id suggest checking at dots for purses before going to millano in millwoods defently cheaper also wanted to note I paid 50 dollars for 4 pairs of jeans brand new most places for uniqe jeans like the ones I got you would be getting one pair for 60 _80 dollars this is the place to shop if you want excellent custmer service and to save a few bucks on brand new brand name clothing and purses theres also one in the west end around west mount area for those that dont live this far south”
“I had no idea what to wear to a wedding I was going to same day as I walked into the south Edmonton common location. Walked out of there with a really great linen suit. The staff worked amazingly as a team to make sure I had everything I needed. I was greeted as soon as I walked the store, and once I had settled on a suit I liked, they helped me with shoes belt and a a shirt. They even steamed all my purchases so I would be wedding ready for that afternoon. Excellent service and very friendly staff.”

“My wife and I stopped in at this Mark's location a half hour before closing on June 13. I started out looking for one pair of shoes and my wife talked me into 3 more pairs, which included trying them on etc . Safwan was so helpful and patient regardless of the 7pm. closing time having arrived. He reassured us there was no need to rush. He was courteous and professional right through to bagging our items . Great employee providing great service is what we all appreciate!”

The lady was amazing, unfortunately it didn't match so I went back to return/exchange and I ended up finding the perfect match and a second purse that matches my other outfit!!!
