“My sister and I went in today to get some Black Friday shopping done and I have to say we were not disappointed. I had actually called ahead on Wednesday and asked if I could put a particular purse on hold until Friday and they did so with no hesitation but, after talking with my sister we decided to skip the crowds on Friday and head in today. When we walked in we split up as we both saw different items that we wanted and I was approached by a salesperson and she quickly informed me that the purse I was looking at was discounted a further 25% off the Black Friday discount and the price worked out to $61.
My mouth fell open and I said REALLY… well I guess I am buying this one with the purse I have on hold lol. So I picked up the purse off the display and she said “oh no need for you to take the display purse we have new ones in the back that I can get for you as well as the purse you have on hold”. Again my mouth fell open as I said REALLY… well okay then and she said “I will leave both at the front counter with your name and when you are ready just go on up to pay”. I know it may not seem like a big deal but, in today’s society a really great customer service experience is so far and few between. My sister also had a really great experience with the salesperson helping her as she was looking for an outfit for New Years Eve and unfortunately the dress she had picked out was not available in her size but, the salesperson found another dress that was very beautiful and we both left extremely happy.”

I bought another dress, and the girl working there was so helpful in figuring out the right size for me—I’m just not great at knowing what fits me best! I like colours so I almost left but the sales lady showed me the clothing at the back of the store. My daughter in law is a plus size so was pleased to be able to buy some nice tops.”

As soon as my friend and I walked in, Rachel greeted us and helped us find what we were looking for, plus some recommendations of things she loves, plus let us know some of the awesome deals they had going on. We ended up trying on way more than we were planning to and found SO many items we absolutely loved. “I visited this yesterday and was disappointed with the cashier's customer service. She seemed uninterested, unfriendly, and made no effort to engage with customers. Even a simple smile or greeting would have made a difference.
On the other hand, the red-haired employee was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help customers and provided excellent service. The cashier could learn a lot from her example. Giving 4 stars for her only..
Smiling at a customer is a basic principle of customer service. If u can't do that may be change your job. Don't ruin other's day.”

“I had no idea what to wear to a wedding I was going to same day as I walked into the south Edmonton common location. Walked out of there with a really great linen suit. The staff worked amazingly as a team to make sure I had everything I needed. I was greeted as soon as I walked the store, and once I had settled on a suit I liked, they helped me with shoes belt and a a shirt. They even steamed all my purchases so I would be wedding ready for that afternoon. Excellent service and very friendly staff.”

“My wife and I stopped in at this Mark's location a half hour before closing on June 13. I started out looking for one pair of shoes and my wife talked me into 3 more pairs, which included trying them on etc . Safwan was so helpful and patient regardless of the 7pm. closing time having arrived. He reassured us there was no need to rush. He was courteous and professional right through to bagging our items . Great employee providing great service is what we all appreciate!”

The lady was amazing, unfortunately it didn't match so I went back to return/exchange and I ended up finding the perfect match and a second purse that matches my other outfit!!! “CK has a dark pair of slim black men's jeans - they are the best fitting and looking for 9-5 to evening amongst most other jeans, they simply fit great. I regularly buy them. Today I had a slight issue with some pairs that I purchased and management took care of it swiftly, min back and forth, totally respectful about the whole exchange. Very, very appreciative. Great store and management.”

“Came in here with my siblings this evening & we found a pair of jeans we liked & needed another size, I spoke with Salma & she was very kind about it, she did call another location to see if they had a bigger size for us. She was very accommodating, Kind & professional. I’m big on customer service & accommodation, Will definitely be popping in this location more often just simply for these reasons”
