“The two ladies (I didn’t catch their names) that helped me this last Monday were so great. The dark haired lady helped me and my sister find the perfect dress coats and dress pants we needed, gave us honest opinions, and was so lovely and pleasant.The blonde haired lady did the same for us as we tried on dresses. We were just trying things on for fun, but she was so helpful and honest when we asked for her opinion we ended up each getting dresses also!They both also stayed a half hour past closing time to help us get everything we needed, as I had the wrong time in mind. I apologized and they both said no problem, and even helped us get a prestige card so we got an even bigger discount! And explained how to order online as the one coat I needed was out of stock in my size.An overall wonderful experience and would highly recommend to anyone! Great clothes, sales, and service!”
“Haven't been in a Ricki's for quite a while. The store was clean and well stocked, mannequins dressed attractively, and salesperson friendly and attentive without be annoying or pushy. I did buy a black jacket that's soft and fits well for a great price.”
“I myself am a plus sized woman, and I struggle to find nice cloths that fit, and look good. I decided to pop into wearhouse one, because I had never been before, and I needed a new shirt. I walked around, and noticed that 3/4 of the whole store had sizes up to 5x!! And lots of it is my style. And I've never been much of a gean person, but their geans are awesome!! I'm pretty sure that my whole wardrobe is from this store now. I'm happy that I have somewhere to go that I know will have my size.”

“If you're looking for some ultra comfortable, but stylish pajamas, this is the place to be! Perfect place to pick up gifts or if you just want to treat yourself! They have an unending variety of gowns, pajama sets, robes, and underwear. I love that Cloud Nine Pajamas carries a ton of moisture wicking sleepwear. Perfect for while you are expecting, experiencing hot flashes, or just run hot when you sleep. The Windermere location is my preferred location, as there is always plenty of parking, so that's one less thing to worry about. The store is generally quite clean, organized, and its easy to find what you are looking for relatively quick and if you can't find it, one of the girls in the shop, will be ready to assist you.”

“Came in to old navy looking for some polos and cargo pants, and had a young gentlemen come up to me. I think his name was Gurjot normally I don’t remember names but he helped me in everyone possible. He showed me all the polos and cargo pants they had. Made sure I knew where the fitting room was. Also always had a smile on his face. He also signed me up for the loyalty program they had. Which helped me earn points. He helped me in every way he could. One of the best experiences as a customer I ever had. Thank you a lot Gurjot if you read this.”

I was greeted by a lady whose first name and last name initial I had to ask her for because it would be a shame not to point her out for such remarkable customer service. Veena B, it's easy to see that you're definitely passionate about your job and the company you represent, which is something rarely ever seen by the customers anymore. Thank you so much and from my family to yours ma'am, Merry Christmas !!To the Reitmans brass, it's been many years since I've encountered this kind of customer service where I actually felt like a customer and not as if I were an inconvenience, as is the attitude shown with the vast majority of workers in this type of industry. “I go to this mall every day. I go between 9:00 and 10:00 AM. I look everyday in the Bluenotes window and see a beautiful cozy jacket on sale. So today I stayed until 11:00. When I got inside there were even more cozy jackets on sale. Today I bought one, I hadn't seen in the window. Just as cozy. I have it on right now and it it so warm and light. I feel blessed.
