The 7-Eleven restaurant is a place where customers can grab a quick bite to eat or a coffee. However, there can be issues with their pet policy. One customer, who regularly visits the location, had a negative experience when they wanted to quickly come in and get a coffee while keeping their well-behaved dog on a tight leash. Although the first employee said it was okay, a second employee, who appeared to be a cook, was rude and used inappropriate language towards the customer. This customer does not plan on returning due to the unpleasant interaction. On a more positive note, other customers have had good experiences with the staff when there was a discrepancy regarding a pizza promotion. The staff was kind and understanding, allowing the customer to get their food despite not having enough for the transaction. The customer was very grateful for this kindness, especially since they are currently going through hard times. This act of kindness left a positive impression on the customer. In summary, the 7-Eleven restaurant has had mixed reviews. While there have been issues with pet policy and rude employees, the staff has also shown kindness and understanding during transaction errors.
The person behind the counter is terrific at handling many things at once while making sure each customers individual needs are met, no wonder why it's so busy!
