7-Eleven has a dedicated and friendly staff that is always seen cleaning and assisting customers. Customers love stopping by for the hot and fresh coffee. The customer service is excellent, with staff going out of their way to help. The owner has a great relationship with both staff and customers. The store is always clean, and incidents of line-cutting are promptly addressed.
It's about convenience, so for them to be so convenient you pay more that at other stores... but hey they are convenient.
