There was a really minor thing I asked them to correct for me so i brought it back, and they did it no problem. “Received a quote from Frank's for some body damage to my 2 year old VW. No appointment necessary for a quote and I had my quote in hand within 20 minutes. That was in January. I decided to check with a couple of other auto body shops but soon realized the others were quoting me twice, if not thrice, what Frank's quoted me, in both price and time to completion. I had to wonder if Frank's quote was too good to be true but I decided to take the chance...in May. And even though it was more than three months after the original quote, they honoured the quote, though said cost of materials may be more as their costs have increased. Fair enough. Well, from start to finish, Frank's Auto Body's work was fast and professional. And, to boot, the final price and time to completion was exactly what was originally quoted! What a pleasant surprise!
