I visited Browns at Kings way Mall, the staff and management are professional & friendly. I got 2 shoes.
I highly recommend to visit this store and find variety of good selections. Most of all the staff were customer service oriented. West edmonton mall Browns definitely need costumer service training.

Noom (sorry if I misspelled). Went in for new pair of converse. He greeted us at the door, got me the proper size and genuinely was interested and caring. Great to see such a personal young man, helping customers! Hope I see him again.
