“My feet were killing me when I entered Skechers @ West Edmonton Mall. Zoey, observing my discomfort, had a pair of Skechers Slip-Ins out of the box and ready for me to try on before I could take off the pain instilling shoes I had on.
Needless to say my feet are a lot happier and I really can’t thank Zoey enough.”

These guys (especially the fellow with long hair) were so helpful and knowledgable about snowboard boots. They heat molded my boots for free and reccomended a change of insole with a different shape, saving a $200 pair of boots that would have been unuseable.
The stuff they sell is pricey, but their services are top notch ? picked up some cool vans too and got a funny little story about the shoe from the employee

“Went there to look at some rock climbing shoes for my son. The staff there really know what they are talking about and I really appreciated that.
They even have a wall in the basement to try the shoes on. I have no idea what that looked like as I was browsing through the store when they went down. Needless to say, my son liked the recommended shoes.
Very helpful. We walked out with a pair of rock climbing shoes that my son was very happy with.
Definitely recommend them.
PS: we went to MEC right before and the level of service and knowledge was not comparable. At least I wasn’t convinced.”

“I had such a great experience shopping at Vans recently, all thanks to two amazing associates Katie and Collette! From the moment I walked in, they were both super welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful.
I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted at first, but Katie took the time to ask me about my style and what I was looking for. She gave me honest opinions (which I really appreciated) and even pointed out a few styles I wouldn’t have considered but ended up loving. Collette was just as awesome as she made sure I got the right fit, checked sizes quickly, and kept the energy positive and fun the whole time.
They made the whole shopping experience feel relaxed and personal, not rushed or pushy at all. Honestly, it felt more like hanging out with a couple of cool friends who just happen to know everything about shoes!

“I had an absolutely amazing experience at Jobsite Workwear in Edmonton. I went in looking for new Timberland work boots and the service was honestly the best I’ve ever had at a workwear store.
Olivia and Cindy took the time to actually help me find the right pair instead of just pointing me to a shelf. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure the boots fit properly since I’m on my feet all day on concrete. On top of that, they were the only place in Edmonton that actually had the boots I needed in stock, which saved me a ton of time and hassle.
To top it all off, they even gave me some cool stickers for my hard hat at the end, which was a really nice touch.
Great service, great selection, and genuinely helpful staff. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Jobsite Workwear to anyone who needs quality work gear.”

“All of the associates were very kind and helpful. My only suggestion is making it a little bit more accessible! My mom has mobility issues so it was difficult having the only stools for trying on shoes at the back of the store, as well as they're very low and it was difficult for her to stand up. Capilano has a fairly senior demographic so it might be worth having a couple of seats that are better for those with mobility problems! :)”

I visited the store to discuss an issue with my Pajar shoes, and Raunak assisted me with the warranty process. He took care of my concern with full courtesy and patiently explained the entire process in a very polite and professional manner. He also provided a solution right away, which I truly appreciated.

Monday I called and was happy that I was able to make the purchase over the phone with a credit card as it was the only one left and in my size. Then in picking it up I parked in front of the store called Yu and asked if someone would be so kind to bring the ring to out to me as I have mobility issues...the gal said yes what an angel and her name I believe was Fay.
