“I took a chance at going to Eddy’s Men’s Wear in Edmonton. I was flying in from Whitehorse Yukon, and knew that I only had a few hours to purchase some nice formal clothes for work. I reserved an appointment, and just showed up hoping for the best.Well, I’m sure glad that I went to Eddie’s, the first thing they did was tell me that, even though they were closing in a little while, that they would be done only when we were done working together at getting the clothes that I needed. The service provided to me was excellent, And the clothes they had fit my style perfectly. On top of that, they even offered alterations for free, and shipped the clothes to my house without any extra charge. I couldn’t believe it, shipping my clothes from Edmonton to Whitehorse, for free!Another thing that’s very important, is they were able to measure me up and provide me with clothes that fit very well. There aren’t any places in Whitehorse that can do that at this time. I was so grateful that I went to Eddie’s, and I’m definitely going back the next time I go to Edmonton.”

“We went to this store tonight to look for some work boots and were warmly greeted by Jory. He was helping with another customer at the time but still made sure he knew we were there, and did not hesitate to offer us assistance each opportunity he could between customers. Once he had cashed out his previous customer, he came right to us and gave us PHENOMENAL service. He took the time to put soles in the boots to try on, had great knowledge of the product, and made us feel very welcome in the store. From the moment we entered the store till the moment we checked out, Jory was an absolute pleasure and Mister Safety Shoes is lucky to have such a wonderful employee! Thank you Jory!!!!”

“I was browsing, and wasting a bit of time. But the birthday is coming up so I wanted to look at sandals and possibly another pair of shoes. My last two pairs have been Skechers. Good clean store. The two staff were attentive but not annoying. Not sure about the price for the sandals, but out of season so I have no idea. Glad to know the store is there.”

“Writing this a little late but I have a couple of opinions I feel need light shined on. Came in on Boxing Day looking for a couple of things for my nieces birthday. I came in and who I assume the manager named Tammy I believe was rude and rushing me. However 2 girls named Dana and Bianca came up to me and helped me out the entire time. They were extremely kind and caring about my experience, and also checked up on me in the fitting rooms after I finished . Will definitely return for her as they were amazing!!! All stars to these young ladies!!!!!”

“I was in Browns and was helped by Sam. I learned that she is a manager not an associate there but yet helped me with her amazing knowledge, experience and honesty. One great thing was that she knew when to give me some space to browse and decide and when to approach to help and suggest. Also, it was reassuring that I felt that I was helped in a manner as if she would purchase for herself, with the same level of honesty and care. Sam recommended every options considering my style with patience and asked where and how much I will be wearing the shoes to decide on the best one. She did not get frustrated by bringing different shoes and sizes and finally explained how to take care of the shoes for more durability. I do recommend shopping in Browns in Southgate with their wide range of options and such great staff.”

I was fussing between 2 sizes and they took the time to stretch out my leather heel so I could settle on the smaller size and feel confident it was the right one. They also said they offer free shoe stretching and a 6 month repair/warranty. The leather shoes are such great quality. I will definitely return. “Wow - my online order was pretty insignificant, just two bags of bath product that my daughter's heart was set on and was sold out everywhere in Calgary. I messed up and selected "pick up in store" on my order and of course, didn't notice until the confirmation. Quickly added it to my running to do list to email and figure out how to cancel the order.But before I got home, THEY CALLED ME to check and fix it! The product arrived two days later.
