“I purchased smoked salmon last summer it was so awesome, ? And got Japanese pork chops . When I cooked them .. they melted in ur mouth ... Sooo tender... And bought cob loins..... Oh my !!! They were mouth watering that I bought them twice... It's the best butcher shop I've been to where I live... It's been there for 20 + which the owner had told me .. I just love the quality and quantity for a fabulous price .. and Saturdays at noon is when they take it out of the smoker at noon I believe and there's specials with the fresh smoked meats as well... I have yet to get there on a Saturday.. to check it out ...I also purchased the farm fresh eggs from farmers in the store .... It's my go to butcher shop ... Thanx YEG meats for being there for that long .... Excellent excellent products !!!! Thank you !! Thank you!!”

“Came to eat at the place on the recommendation of Rge Rd serving staff.
Ordered the dry aged doublesmash burger, steak sandwich, and soup of the day.
The dry aged doublesmash burger is honestly the best burger I've had to date. The beef is extremely well prepared, tender, and juicy.
The steak sandwich is also excellent, especially with the herbs, sauce, and olive oil combo that was drizzled on top. However, the steak is cooked close to medium well to well done. It would be of been better if it was cooked to medium rare, definitely a request worth making.”
“Love their meat. I've been coming here often for years. You can taste the quality difference big time. I buy allot of frozen stuff to stock it, and buying frozen comes with a bit of a discount. I highly, highly recommend checking out this place 👍 💕 Their meat has no hormones, is grass fed and is humanely raised. Plus it's all local to Alberta farmers ❤
They have ALLOT of interesting products from Europe and Ukraine 🇺🇦. The spices are absolutely incredible and they do have an English translation on the back of the packages. The Lovare teas are also very good.”

You can clearly see options ranging from mild to spicy marinades, ready-to-cook cuts, and specialty preparations. The fish fry was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
