Great butcher shop with knowledgeable people who actually know what they’re talking about. Great burgers too. I would be back again if I’m in Edmonton.

Hands down easily the best smash burger anywhere. Been buying steaks and such here a while and today had lunch here. Puts any place who claims a good burger to shame. And great service to top it off.
