I have tried most of the “quality” butcher shops in the city and surrounding areas, nothing comes close. It’s only after grabbing some meat from another butcher, because ACME was out of stock of the item I needed, that I was reminded just how excellent they are. Meat shouldn’t stink or ooze weird liquids when you cook it. The next time what I’m looking for is out of stock at ACME, I’ll be changing my recipe before I change my butcher.”
